Do your thang honey!
The week flew by and tomorrow will be a busy day. I am off to Baltimore for the weekend and will leave tomrorow at 12. So this afternoon I borrowed by roommates's iPod and off I went to City Island. Seven miles. I took a break yesterday from running so today I felt really refreshed as I ran--no knee pain even at the finish line.
I know that I need to purchase an iPod of my own. I'll get there. In the meantime my favorite song of the day from Yael's collection was Christina Aguilera's "Ain't no Man". Can't get it out of my head.
Danny, have a great trip to Cleveland.

both of you guys make me jealous - though I know you guys are jealous that I only have one day of yom tov here. really hope I can keep pace with you guys - but I am definitely scared to do a long run by myself - but by the time you guys check your blogs you will know whether I have successfully completed it our not.
i am getting the shuffle - and i think we should get them laser engraved "Einstein Road Runners 2006." That would be awesomely cool.
hope your chag was nice. i will hopefully be doing 4-5 miles tuesday morning - not sure I am up for a long run on friday, we shall see.
